Many good practices are evidence that Artificial Intelligence becаme a useful tool in helping to diagnose and treat patients. Along with the undeniable advantages, there are a number of problems with its use in such an ethically sensitive area as medicine, as well as the issues of distribution of responsibility, job losses, and a number of concerns about an “uprising of robots” that is from fantastic spectrum.
The growing demand for clinical trials, treatment simulations, and new research are driving the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare.
Goals and objectives of the study:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the factors and economic effect of Artificial Intelligence use at an orthopedic clinic, which specializes in outpatient treatment of patients.
The objectives of this study:
-To outline the main problems that are associated with the introduction of AI into society in general and medical institutions in particular.
-To define the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence and consider the use of AI at the good practices in healthcare – medicine and economics.
-To consider the main directions and the economic effect of the using AI in the activities of a medical institution at all levels (management, service, doctors, and patients).
-To provide examples of the changes in the activities and business processes of a medical institution and the possible alterations of the economic changes after the introduction of a number of the AI-based technologies and applications.
-To analyze and consider the prospects of AI application for the economic growth of the medical organization.
